To create an Urban Room/City Hub as a "Third Place" that fosters inclusivity, interaction, and well-being, addressing social and cultural needs while promoting sustainable urban development aligned with UN SDG10 (Reducing Inequalities) and SDG11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities).And to design a vibrant, people-centered space that enhances the urban fabric, serves diverse users, and functions as a neutral platform for engagement, empowerment, and community connection.
